you have to open the front door or pull down the front cover , then you can see the toner catridge ,pull it out, apply force if the toner catridge are stcuk up,
wow, in these days you still have hp laserjet3p, i think is is much more cheaper to buy a new laserjet model that keeping your old ones, there is no spareparts available for that model
